- The right to erasure/right to be forgotten means that you have the right to have your data deleted without undue delay, in any of the following situations: they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, unlawful collection, erasure for compliance with a legal obligation or collection made with the provision of information society services;
- The right to restriction of processing can be exercised if the accuracy of the data is contested for a certain period, sufficient for verification of the data, if the processing is unlawful but the data is not deleted, only the restriction is desired, if we no longer need the personal data for the purpose of processing but you request them from us for the defense of a right in court or if you have objected to the processing;
- The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including the creation of profiles.
- Although cookies are stored in the memory of the Internet user’s computer/device, they cannot access/read other information located on that computer/device. Cookies are not viruses. They are just small text files; they are not compiled into code and cannot be executed. Thus, they cannot self-copy, cannot spread to other networks to generate actions and cannot be used to spread viruses.
- Cookies cannot search for information on the user’s computer/device, but they do store information of a personal nature. This information is not generated by the cookies, but by the user, when they fill out online forms, register on certain websites, use electronic payment systems, etc.
